Ah-mazing Enjoy Lighting Flameless Candles

A selection of my Enjoy flameless candles!

I first discovered Enjoy Lighting in 2010 and have been in love ever since. I’ve lost count of the number of flameless Enjoy candles I have but I know I’m not done collecting them! Mine are set to turn on at 6.30pm each night for 4 hours and always make me smile when I look at them.  I burn through candles like there’s no tomorrow (excuse the pun) so to have these beauties last for 450 hours on 2 AA batteries is ideal – economical and pretty!

Lisa Carrick Founder and Director of Enjoy (and an absolutely delightful lady!), has been a busy bee recently releasing a stunning new range of black flameless candles. Lisa sent me some to see for myself and they look truly amazing at night and smell sensational. There aren’t enough words to describe how much I love these candles so pop over to the Enjoy Lighting website and check them out for yourself!

Finishing Touches

Never over look the smaller items in your home. They are often the most important pieces that make the room feel cosy, welcoming and inviting and bring the room together. My favourite things to add are candles, cushions, throw rugs and a bunch of flowers (artificial or real). What are some of your favourites?

  1. Cushions – The Brown Trading Co
  2. Candle – Ambrosia Candles
  3. Flowers – Purchase Through Nest Designs
  4. Throw Rug – Kas

Charcoal Walls

Would you ever think to slap charcoal paint on your walls? Probably not. Mostly we stick to neutrals or a splash of colour but I’m really loving the idea of charcoal walls…

Messy Beds

Have you noticed the trend in mags at the moment (well, actually it’s been happening for a while now) where all the beds are styled like you’ve literally just rolled out? I kinda like it. It’s more appropriate in the Winter months when there’s yummy cashmere blankets draped over the top and all sorts of nice linen all crinkled and crumpled. I’m really loving this bed and the bed head is super cute too!

Blue & White

Sometimes when decorating I get overwhelmed with all the choices of colour, but sometimes all you need is one colour in varying tones and it still has as much impact as a tri-colour scheme.

Colour Scheming: Blue & Orange

Some people can’t stand the term “punches of colour” but I don’t mind it. It describes this image below perfectly!

Colour Scheming: Flaming Flamingo

Flamingoes are quite possibly the funkiest dudes with their bright pink feathers and super long legs. I think I would like a pet one. He makes for a nice colour scheme that’s for sure.
